The Wild Far East, a project to promote photo tourism launched by the Far Eastern Leopards autonomous non-profit organisation this year, required the organisers to purchase technical equipment for photographing wild animals, including Far Eastern leopards.
In order to receive door-to-door deliveries of equipment from the US to Russia, Far Eastern Leopards began working with Kuehne + Nagel, a company with a large logistics network all over the world.
Yelena Gangalo, general director of Far Eastern Leopards, notes: "Kuehne + Nagel's reliable and fast shipments are of great help to us in supplying our critical technical equipment to the place of action on time. Its logistics experts are always ready to react proactively to our sometimes rather urgent transportation demands."
Perry Neumann, president of Cluster Russia + CIS and general director of Kuehne + Nagel LLC, said the following on the company's website: "We are very pleased to support this great initiative for the preservation of the Far Eastern leopard. If our logistics services can help to achieve this honourable goal, Kuehne + Nagel and its employees are more than happy to contribute."
