This female Far Eastern leopard lives in Land of the Leopard National Park on the border with China. She received her beautiful name from her famous "godmother," American actress and International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) Consultative Council member Pamela Anderson.
In 2015, the young leopardess had just entered adulthood. She was very cautious and only was spotted by trail cameras at night. Over the next two years, she became braver and more active.
Pamela is spotted by trail cameras several times every six months. She was even seen with a grown-up cub. Interestingly, she managed to hide her offspring from cameras for about a year.
